1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OpsWiss (opswiss.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and businesses that submit or manage listings.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listing information.
• Impersonate another business or person.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract data without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent any security feature or access control.
• Submit spam, unsolicited commercial content, or listings for businesses outside Switzerland.

3. Listing accuracy disclaimer

OpsWiss makes reasonable efforts to ensure listing information is accurate and up to date (90-day review cycle). However, we cannot guarantee that all information is current. Business details — hours, prices, staff, services — can change without notice. Always confirm critical details directly with the business before visiting. OpsWiss accepts no liability for inaccurate listing information or for decisions made based on it.

4. Paid listing tiers

Featured (CHF 39/month), Premium (CHF 99/month), and Sponsored (CHF 249/month) plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing to a paid tier:

• You warrant that the business information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to represent the business.
• You agree to keep your listing information current and to respond to our verification requests within 14 days.
• OpsWiss reserves the right to downgrade or remove any listing that violates editorial standards, without refund.

5. Refund policy

• 14-day guarantee: New paid subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of the first payment for a full refund.
• After 14 days, monthly payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.
• Annual plans cancelled before renewal receive no partial refund for the remaining period.
• Listings removed for policy violations (section 4) are not entitled to a refund.

6. Intellectual property

The OpsWiss name, logo, design, and editorial content are the property of OpsWiss. Listing descriptions submitted by business owners remain their property but are licensed to OpsWiss for display on the site. You may not reproduce OpsWiss directory data in bulk without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

OpsWiss provides the directory "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, OpsWiss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on listing information.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
