Can I list my business for free?
Yes. Free listings include your business name, address, category, and a link to your website. Free listings are placed below paid tiers in category results.
How does the annual plan work?
Paying annually gives you 10 months for the price of 12 (2 months free). Annual plans are billed once and renew automatically each year. Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of your billing year.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing cycle. Annual plans can be cancelled before renewal. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Do you offer a refund?
We offer a 14-day refund for new paid plans if you're not satisfied. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable. Annual plans cancelled mid-year are not partially refunded.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and TWINT. Invoicing (bank transfer) is available for annual Premium and Sponsored plans on request.
Are prices in CHF?
All pricing is in Swiss Francs (CHF) and billed in CHF regardless of the display currency you've selected. The prices shown may be converted to your selected currency for reference.
